Pacific Compute is a cluster in Singapore for labs on both sides of the Pacific.

GPU time that can only be spent on safety: evaluating, red-teaming and diagnosing safety risks in models.

Open weights live on both sides of the Pacific, from Silicon Valley to Haidian and beyond. They are public and permanent. Once a model is released, there is no recall. Evaluation has to happen before that.
